About Us:

Scoil Mhichíl has been formed since September 2013 following the amalgamation of Clonigulane N.S. and Cahermurphy N.S. We are a four teacher rural school , three classroom teachers and one Special Education Teacher, catering for children from Junior Infants to Sixth class. We are situated two miles from the village of Kilmihil.

In common with all schools, the teachers cater to the individual needs of their pupils and work with very supportive parents who value the individual attention, the emphasis on being 'the best you can be', and the unique atmosphere created by the school community, which ensures that all who attend or visit the school are influenced positively by the experience. Our school motto is  'Fás agus Foghlaim' - growing and learning together.
